Review on Honey Guy Waterproof Beeswax Bandage by James Cash

Great product! Suitable for Adhesive Plasters

This product is amazing! I had an accident peeling potatoes and needed stitches, but I didn't want to go to the hospital during the pandemic, so I did it. I originally had a band-aid on my wound and covered and splinted it with paper towels, duct tape and part of a broken PS4 controller while waiting for real medical supplies to arrive. The bandage stuck to the clot even after I alternately soaked it in olive oil or warm water for 2 hours. I smeared beeswax over the stuck portion of the bandage and when I changed the bandage 24 hours later it came off completely. Despite the use of non-sterile dressings on the night of the injury and the lack of medical care, there are no signs of infection. Beeswax does not burn when applied and holds very well. Will definitely be using this for future injuries, either alone or under a bandage. I recommend this product for every first aid kit!
