size up. leggings thicker than expected but got them for winter. not a fan of the crotch seam or the sweatpant waist. Will perform for what I need them for. (Walking in cold weather) worth purchasing but maybe should've comparisoned more. Delivery was quick.I am 5'7 and around 140 and I got the Large. They fit correctly.
