Review on New Balance Arishi Running Shoes Silver Men's Shoes in Athletic by Onur Donovan

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Once again, New Balance disappoints.

Bought these shoes for outdoor activities and versatile wear. I noticed from the start that they were tight in the toe box, especially the upper part of the toe box was too tight and constricting. I tried to adjust to them, hoping that maybe they would give in a little over time, but no. The size is the same as I have been wearing for many years, no problem. Over the past few years I have found that some New Balance shoes that I have purchased are too tight and others (of the same size and general product line) are too small. Either NB are currently inconsistent in their sizing, or maybe they're just skimping on materials (maybe a few millimeters here or there, but that adds up to a few million shoes). designed with a toe box that slopes downward rather than almost vertically. Nothing beats feeling your toes clench and clench as you walk, especially when going down a steep trail. Plus, what are smooth round shoelaces? They may look cool, but they don't stick. The round cut together with the material used ensures that the laces come out quickly, which I don't have with other pairs. Irritation. I really like wearing a pair of shoes, but I think that if this happens, these portable torture chambers will end up in the trash prematurely. Life is too short to wear the wrong shoes and NB is making more and more fake shoes. Too bad.

Pros
  • for Trabajar
Cons
  • Shoes may not have adequate ventilation
