I absolutely believe in this product. Since putting it in my 6 year old's bedroom I've noticed that it takes him a lot less time to fall asleep. The funny thing is that he didn't even notice when I changed the lightbulb. It gives off a nice warm yellow-amber glow compared to the old blue light. He will be playing in his room at least an hour before bedtime, so I sincerely believe this is important since his bedtime has shifted earlier. He kept getting out of bed and would sometimes come into my room an hour after I turned off his light, but that hasn't happened since I switched to this lightbulb. Now it goes "like a light off" literally 10 minutes after turning the light off. I love this lightbulb!
