Review on Under Armour Men's HeatGear Armour Short Sleeve Compression T-Shirt: Stay Cool and Compressed by Ryan Brunson

Not UA good old clothes

Overall I'm disappointed with how UA Compression has changed recently, away from the once signature shiny and ultra-smooth fabric in favor of a new fabric that feels more like cotton. But this shirt in particular is a failure because the seams are so pronounced. As soon as I put it on, I could feel where the greasy seams touched my skin. I haven't trained in it yet and haven't tried it under my shoulder pads to know if it leaks or chafes, but wearing it just standing up I can say the stitching will at least be noticeable. Damn. I'm giving it two stars because it fits and it seems to be the usual UA quality (in the sense that it lasts). For the incredible price here, I'll keep it as a spare, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for, or used to, the signature ultra-smooth UA compression.

Pros
  • Active Shirts & T-Shirts
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
