This taps an M10 1.0 thread and then inserts an M8 1.0 spool. No one anywhere could answer this question for me so I was confused as to what he was doing to get the right tool for me. basically getting the faucet 1 size bigger with it. Someone in the description should have added that it cuts into an M10 hole and then takes an M8 spool, effectively turning it into an M8 hole. What if a part I've ever had doesn't have M10 hole spacing? why this information is needed in the description.
