When I ordered the product, it arrived the next day, which made me very happy. However, when I opened and put it on, I noticed that the clock stopped every 20 minutes. I called my local watchmaker and they told me it might be defective. I went to Amazon to exchange it for another (because it's a great watch) and not only did I have a month to return it, they sent me a new replacement the next business day. I was so happy I didn't have to wait for the store to get the master watch to get a new one. The new watch is perfect in every way and I am absolutely satisfied with the easy returns and fast shipping. I would buy from this company again anytime! It also looks exactly like the product picture.
