Bought this bag for a new job. I liked pockets that offer easy access and organization. I received it quickly and on time for my first day. I keep my work keys on a clip where I always know where they are and so far a notepad, laptop, sunglasses, water bottle, two glasses, Kindle Fire, writing tablet, hairbrush, etc. a phone and a wallet. My only two issues are with the zipper, which tends to tip over on its own when opening and can be a bit difficult to close. And although the number of pockets is not bad in theory, in reality they are difficult to use, since some pockets limit access to others. My experience with the Relavel team was wonderful. They emailed me shortly after receiving them asking for feedback and suggestions, in which I gave a detailed overview of what I summarized above. In subsequent emails, they showed genuine interest in my comments and wished to improve my experience. I give four stars for the product but five stars for the company.
