As stated I usually take a medium size but the pajama top was tight so I ordered large sleeves and pants a bit longer, I'm 5ft 9in big. / 2 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, the pajamas are well made, very comfortable, very cool and lightweight material. I immediately ordered a second pair
