I like that they have a dedicated account manager who is always available to answer my questions or help me with anything i need. They also do great work so it's not something you should be worried about if you choose them for your project. Not much other than that! Do some research before choosing an app developer/designer. Make sure their experience matches yours (i.e., how long has this person been doing what he does), ask around from people you trust, etc. Also make sure they offer good customer support. Don't expect things to go smoothly right out of the gate but don't rush into signing any contract either; take time to evaluate vendors' reputations as well as actual reviews by clients online. My business was having issues keeping track of our digital assets. This included email signatures, social media profiles, website content, etc. The process was very tedious and would only get worse once we got started on new projects. I like that they are very responsive to my needs. They are always willing to go above and beyond for me. I have had some issues with them in the past, but it was because of the client's lack of communication. However, I am happy to say that this has changed now. I would highly recommend Fyresite for any graphic design or web development needs. Their work is excellent! They have helped us grow our business by providing us with great website designs, logos, and marketing materials.
