I found myself mooch-docking at my brothers for 10 weeks and needed a means to dump my RV. The totable thans sounded unmanageable so I looked at pumps. This thing was used every 4-6 days and pumped 50 gallons of the sweetest honey 100ft to the sacred tank in the yard. It did so efficiently and barely winced at the stray clorox wipe that some how ended up in my tank. I used the cheapest 100ft hose I could find and it didn't seem to inhibit it's function or efficiency. This has easily paid for itself compared to the rediculous dump fees at the local camp grounds.I tapped the power off my refrigerator circuit that was easily access from the rear of the RV. This pump claims to need 12A but I barely noticed the light flicker when using.Overall very pleased and solved a dirty job relatively cleanly.
