If you don't want your hands to get scratched.

First of all, the ring that attaches the light to the handlebar is too big, even when fully tightened it still moves. Second, there is a screw protruding slightly from the inside of the ring that has stripped the paint off the steering wheel. I couldn't return it because I bought the flashlight in winter and only put it on in the cycling season.
