update. I have downgraded this from 5 stars to 4. After 6 months of use I wasn't sure if it helped my situation. So I ordered test strips. This product seems to help with chlorine but not hard water or pH which seems to be our bigger problem. I recommend testing your water first so you know which product you need. I rotated mine every 2 weeks and swapped out every 4-6 weeks. Tip: If it gets stuck, just push one end with an old toothbrush handle and it will pop out the other end.
