Silicone handle slips out

The description of these spoons and forks does not state that the silicone grip is slippery. My 2 year old grandson ate dinner yesterday and I noticed that the silicone handle slipped off and of course immediately slipped off and he started chewing on the silicone (kids are kids) was of course taken away immediately. . You are not safe to use. I also don't like the grips on the forks slipping off as bacteria can get into the silicone.
