I like the ability to create my own templates, add checklists/steps or even use existing ones as needed! You can see all tasks in one place without having different tabs open; also it would be nice if there were more options available (like adding custom fields) so you could get better detail around each task.
Overall this program has helped us keep track of everything we need to do for our office. If used correctly, helps eliminate paper clutter AND saves time by not needing to print multiple copies! I like that it helps me keep track of everyone in my department, as well as all the projects we are working on at once time. It also makes our task list so easy! Nothing really bad about this software but maybe more features would be nice? We use it mostly when making schedules or sending out emails/phone calls regarding upcoming holidays or events (if there aren't any major changes).
