This hat offers great sun protection and some great features but is poorly made. The hat was worn 10 times and the clasps started to break. They are made of plastic. One of 5 remaining clasps - see photo. I emailed support for warranty information because the repair was not worth the price of the hat. Replacement fasteners that didn't need to be sewn on were 10.00 for two, and plastic fasteners had to be undone and new ones reserved. When customer service asked how they could help, I asked if they could send me a replacement. They asked me again what I wanted and then offered to send me replacement clasps which is ridiculous. The time it took to email them three times probably cost them as much on the payroll as communicating with me than sending the actual replacement. In summary it was worn about 10 times for about two hours each time our yard was mowed and it fell apart and no customer service was an issue. A new hat, a different brand, with metal buckles, or something that won't fall apart easily.
