Great product, solid support and great customer service
The platform itself works well for small to medium size companies who require some form or digital ID system (such as SAML). If you are looking at something more complex than basic user/group registration then it may not be suitable however if your requirement does fit this bill I would take another look! We're using an Azure AD SSO solution so we needed someway where our users could register themselves without us doing any manual work - which was ideal when compared against other vendors such as Okta / Salesforce etc..
Pros
- Easy integration with existing Microsoft environments, good support from MSFT product team in terms answering questions promptly via email response times & telephone calls during business hours..etc.all great communication !
Cons
- Not many complaints except that is there anything new?
