Cozy Cloak!: Accessories
This cloak can be purchased and worn as part of a costume for a winter outdoor event. It was right! I found it warm enough (at around 30F for several hours), not too heavy, and the faux fur trim is SO soft! The "lambswool" part isn't as soft as I expected, but it's soft and quite snuggly. The ivory color is beautiful; it was a beautiful complement to the antique gold and ivory brocade of my costume. The only thing I wasn't really 100% happy with was the way the hem edge folds over the fleece of the cape, but it looks nice and doesn't affect functionality. Just note that this is NOT the same hard fur trim as around the collar.
