So I decided to try this after going through a lot of stress. I get headaches all the time and I have to say this product does a great job of relieving them. It doesn't take long if you put it in the freezer until it gets very cold. Not only does it have instructions on the box, but it comes with a kit that also tells you about all of its uses. I've had it for about 10 days and have used it at least 5 times. Always make sure you're clean between uses and I've just put mine back in the bag and back in the freezer ready for next time.
