Ordered 1 of 2 Fit and finish was excellent (see photo). Another had an MFG defect on the inner strut. The post was extended, preventing the board and switch from sitting flush. (see photo). Easily replaceable in accordance with Revain's return policy. Custom items include front panel, padded back panel, thumb grip and interchangeable buttons. Skins purchased from another seller on Revain transferred to the new controller skin with no issues. The online tutorial videos on YouTube are excellent and a must see. Easily installed by most with slow and careful attention. No broken parts as some have mentioned and no other issues seen.
