They are precision made so you will have no problem fitting the backing to the shaft. My only complaint is that one earring has the stone set at a slight angle rather than directly into the setting. But for me it doesn't matter. Others may think differently. The defect is so small that you have to get very close to notice it. The brilliance of the stones is gorgeous, and the setting is lovely. I plan to buy them again later in rose gold. I love them and they are comfortable to wear. I bought them a size 10 and they fit well, the front to back spacing is narrow enough that they don't "dangle" on the ear. Wonderful! I got compliments. I will definitely buy more earrings from this company!
