I'm 5'4", 155 lbs, size 12 and ordered XL because I wanted a looser fit. Was wondering if it was too big and have a large ordered but it was a bit too tight for my body type which adds weight in places.Regarding reviews it's a good product.It's light weight yes equal to a sweater but light weight sleeveless and long that's accurate what I wanted I have experience with down vests and coats, according to the laundry reports you don't dry long enough Down items (and blankets) seem to dry long before that Down is really dry To - To really pill, you need about 3 cycles fluff inside If the down had not dried the ducks and geese would have died I am very happy with this long vest It is exactly what I wanted.
