Arrived in beautiful packaging, sealed and new, washed before use. Came out of the washer/dryer as soft as the inlet. Very soft and light towel. My hair is thick and straight, a few inches above my shoulders, and the towel is barely big enough to wrap all of my hair. It really wicks so much moisture out of my hair, in a good way! I gently squeeze out as much water as I can, wrap for a few minutes, then open, flip the towel over and wrap again for a few minutes. Drying time with a hair dryer is halved compared to using a traditional towel/same technique. The hair becomes softer, I assume, due to the shorter blow-drying time. I have to say it was a great purchase!
