Review on Logitech MK750 Wireless Keyboard Marathon by Joseph Campos

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great keyboard and mouse combo

I bought this because I had the Bluetooth version for my iPad which has been working without problems for over a year. I swear this thing will outlive the iPad itself, or so it seems. I've also had Logitech non-solar wireless keyboards that have lasted a long time. It was usually my fault that they stopped working. For example, if something was spilled on him or a cat pushed him. The battery in most of my other wireless keyboards has lasted about 2 years so I figured it was solar powered so it would last a lot longer. I've been using it for a little over a week and just now it's dropped to 99% charge. So if it drops 1% in just one week, that should be enough for 2 years. The mouse is still at 100% and is said to last another 1090 days. When I started using it was told it would last 1095 days. So it took a long time, then he says he will. That's good because wireless mice like this one I've had in the past needed new batteries once a month. So it's a plus for this mouse if it actually lasts as long as advertised or even longer. I am pleased. Back to charging on the keyboard, now I'm working in a very poorly lit area. The Solar app shows the battery level on the keyboard and displays the amount of light, which usually stays at around 15, which is red on the meter. I can get this counter to read 100, which is closer to green, if I take my keyboard and turn it to the window. If you are not sure what a solar app is, here is a link to it [.] . This will also show you the counter I am talking about. So far I really like this keyboard. Typing is easy, hands don't hurt. The mouse also feels good in the hand.
