Works in our church.

As part of our reopening strategy, our community decided to purchase this thermometer. It's smaller and more compact than the ones we use in the hospital. Standard accuracy was 4-5°F lower. However, upon reading the instructions, we learned that it had to be placed in a work environment for up to 30 minutes before use. After 30 minutes, the accuracy was very accurate, with a reading reading either right on target or within 0.1° of my temperature. with a digital oral thermometer, and family members I've tested it on.

Pros

Long-Term Reliability: Lifetime and reliability testing has shown our IR head thermometer to last over 1000 hours of use.
