Cute and comfortable

The older I get, the more brittle my waist becomes. I read online that hoop exercises can help combat this problem as they keep my joints active. I ordered one and it's the perfect weight and soft enough not to hurt my stomach/waist. And it's fun to train! The first few times I worked out for a few minutes because I didn't want to be late, but let me tell you it's a GREAT cardio workout. I'm adding a few minutes every day and can't wait to continue and see progress!
