Excellent customer service made me write this review!

First of all, I have to say that my high score is based on something I care about: how well the company stands behind their products and prioritizes customer service. I had this product for over a year and one of the legs broke. When they contacted the company directly, they quickly brought me in and sent me a replacement bottom cap. This is great customer service that brought me here to leave a positive review. The product itself goes well with my Macbook Air. The translucent body lets the Apple logo shine for an attractive, slightly subdued look. After a few days of removing the bottom cover when I encountered a foot issue, I got a feel for just how slim the bare laptop is. In fact, I almost knocked the laptop off the table, not used to the fact that the slightest effort can cause a bare laptop to slide on a wooden surface. The bottom of the case is made of a high-quality material that grips smooth surfaces like tables much better than without. The legs of this suitcase are the main reason I bought this particular suitcase. Yes, every other brand makes bottom vents, but very few of the ones I've seen have foldable legs. While these legs don't seem like a huge detail, they make a positive click when turned on and support the laptop at a great angle, which helps taller people like me use the laptop for long periods of time without straining their neck or hunched over over. Within a few hours. Overall, I was impressed with the product and even more so with the company. I recommend this product to my fellow Revainians.
