In the first 3 days the bottom hammock fell apart completely! We had to buy another one from Revain to replace it. Then, about a month later, one of the circle's hammocks broke and could not be repaired. The rope is not held together. And the rug covering it is torn and unraveled all the time! And today one of the towers at the top fell down when one of my cats was sleeping on it! I am very very dissatisfied! I thought it might have been user error in the creation but my husband makes a living from it and we have other scratching posts we've had for at least a year that don't fall apart at all! Worst Purchase! I want them to replace it!
