run as fast as you can

I recently bought a new computer and along with it a new set of peripherals. I used to not like using multiple programs to manage my devices, so I decided to buy all my devices through one company. I also wanted to go wireless, so that was important too. I've decided to only buy Corsair products because in the past I've considered them to be some kind of luxury brand. I ended up buying an MM30 mouse pad, a K63 wireless keyboard, a Harpoon RGB wireless mouse, and an HS70 wireless headset. A few days later the problems started. The K57 would often lose connection, and my Harpoon mouse would consistently register one click as two. Since I was specifically looking for a ten-key wireless mechanical keyboard, I was initially excited to learn that Corsair appeared to make a single keyboard, so I later decided to return my broken K63 for the same model. Ditto for the Harpoon, which felt perfect in my hand. I got a new keyboard and mouse shortly after, but encountered the same performance issues. For my second try, I decided to trade my K63 for a K57. The K57 has worked great so far, although I'm still very disappointed that I managed to get my ten-button wireless mechanical K63 to work properly. On the other hand, my Harpoon ended up right in front of Revane's return window, so I was forced to call the Corsair directly for help. After weeks of waiting for answers, being asked the same questions over and over again, and deeply disappointed in my purchase decision, I lost patience and called Corsair's phone service. Luckily I was helped quickly and efficiently over the phone and although I was asked to pay for shipping myself, I was relieved to have my new mouse sent out promptly in the post. They sent me the Ironclaw, a more expensive (though larger) wireless mouse. When I received my THIRD mouse I was initially shocked to find that the rubber part of the palm rest seemed to be loose. I forgot about this problem in time and was more or less satisfied. But then the unthinkable happened - my Iron Claw lost its ability to charge! I was completely stunned. The connector on the mouse seems loose and neither cable seems to fit properly. I hoped last time I called Corsair and reported the problem. Long story short, I repeated the shipping process (they covered shipping this time) and received my new Ironclaw in about two weeks. The new Ironclaw is good, but if you use it for too long it starts acting weird. It's also constantly interfering with my other Corsair devices and so I need to separate them as much as possible. Here's the latest update: My '57 keyboard is clearly possessed by the devil. In cases that are becoming more and more common over time, my k57 does the craziest things. He types by himself for a short time, but keeps losing touch and everyone around him just acts crazy when he feels like it. Unfortunately, this is no small problem. The keyboard itself often renders the computer unusable. It is absolutely unimaginable that this could happen again! So after all this, I'm at a loss for words. I will not trade my keyboard for another. I am totally and completely defeated. I cannot express enough my deep disappointment. I can not anymore. I can't waste any more time. I can't speak to another agent. Can't wait for another keyboard to arrive. I just keep walking I would be crazy if I studied it further. To sum it up, don't buy Corsair peripherals. I can't comment on the quality of their internals but I can say with confidence that everything else they sell is just a scam.
