I was worried my arms wouldn't be strong enough to stay in place, but it turns out I had no reason to be scared. They are very versatile and will stay right where you put them! The lights themselves are easy to use, with buttons that toggle between three settings, and they're very bright. Not uncomfortably bright, just effectively bright. Battery life has been remarkable so far. I've been using it about 15 minutes a day for about 3 weeks and haven't had to charge it yet.
