Let me start by saying that I am NOT pregnant. I haven't been pregnant in over ten years. I'm a runner, I'm in good shape and I'm still in my 30's BUT I have a bad back. My back hurt a lot in the morning for several months. I have invested in a very expensive latex mattress with no relief. I have invested in an even more expensive hybrid mattress - still no relief. I woke up the first day with no back pain. No sciatica. Don't be afraid to move. It was wonderful. Everyone's back is different, so this may not produce the same miraculous results. But with free shipping and free returns, you literally have nothing to lose. One downside: my kids want to steal it to use as a "nest". They curl up in the middle and pretend to be chicks.
