First of all, THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STANDARD CHANGING TABLE. If you are using it on a regular changing table that is designed to fit a standard 17" x 33" changing pad, this pad is 31.5" x 18.25" so it will not fit. It's a shame I didn't check it out, but it's kinda stupid that it doesn't correspond to the standard sizes. A simple solution was to remove the back from the table (which was against the wall) but I wouldn't do that. Yes, it is durable and easy to clean. Can't complain (that's why I'm giving 3 stars). However, it is not soft. My normally calm newborn cries every time we put him on him. When we changed his clothes, we tried putting a soft blanket under his head, which somehow solved the problem. I hope as he gets bigger (maybe he loses the soft spots on his head?) he'll get better use of it. Your results may vary, but I would not recommend this changing pad. There are several others that are just as good.
