I like that it's very easy to use, with no technical knowledge required - anyone can do this! Also great customer service team who are always quick at answering any questions we have when using their platform for our courses (which often include some complex tech elements).

It would be nice if there was more support around pricing of additional features such as video recording or screencasting functionality which may not come standard out-of box but could add significant value depending how much you're willing/able spend? Great way to get feedback from your learners quickly without having them fill in surveys afterwards so they feel comfortable sharing honest thoughts straight away rather than later after completing course etc..
