My experience with this topper has been the complete opposite of the rave reviews. The smell was very noticeable even after being "aired" for a few days before putting it on our bed. I could actually smell it on my pajamas. The topper was under a stretched lid that was under a stretched sheet and still smelled bad. In addition, the foam does not keep its shape. After trying it for a few days, there were very noticeable indentations as to where we sleep. We are average height adults and this only happened after a few years of using the previous topper. I repackaged the topper (not a small success) and sent it to UPS for a refund. Update: A BedStory rep came forward after reading my experience. I'm very impressed with the attempts to get it right. Given that I can't change my mind about a particular topper I've tried, I've added a star for the service. Thanks for your letters, Abby.
