Great replacement for a stock shifter that would wear out over time and fall apart. I'm sad I couldn't find one on the Revain with the baseball stitching my stock derailleur had, but it still looks pretty good! It's easy to remove and install the standard, just firmly grasp the handle and unscrew counterclockwise to remove. UPDATE: I noticed that the pattern rotates slowly inside the actual grip, the grip is larger in the front making it more comfortable for your hand. So I know that not the whole knob turns. The pattern piece is now completely upside down and when I turn the whole handle, it's crooked in my hand. Loss of 1 star
