I ordered this from Amazon first but the package never arrived. I ordered on another site and decided to leave a review here as there is more traffic here. The cameras work well, the day and night picture is good. By default, it still uses a lower resolution because it runs faster. I have an 8 channel DVR but currently I only have four 4K cameras set up using the PoE method. There is no technical support. One of the cameras I had was not working and I noticed that 2 cameras have the exact IP address. I tried looking up the phone number and found Reolink tech support (a third party company posing as such I think). Wanted to charge me $49.99 then they help me fix it. To be honest I didn't trust the authenticity and was hesitant to give them my CC number. I emailed Reolink support after 48 hours but still no response. The camera worked after I switched from DHCP to a static IP address and assigned my own IP. If you're not computer or tech savvy, this can be tricky as it's easy to screw up. 10 foot. That's clear, but you don't get FBI or CIA gear.
