Bought this band for my wife's Fitbit. It's a very attractive piece of jewelry that "dresses up" her Fitbit Alta and she loved it. Two months later, the plastic clasp holding the wristband to the Fitbit broke. As I said, this is a heavy metal bracelet that costs $100. Making its usefulness dependent on a dime piece of plastic is blatantly bad design. Fitbit replaced the wristband when it first broke. The second time the one-year warranty has expired. They knew that when I contacted them. I included the Revain receipt and gave them the history. But over the course of several days, they asked me to provide various documents and information that would allow them to link it to my wife's Fitbit account. They then had me take a photo of the bracelet with a handwritten note with the case number included in the photos. After all this they THEN told me there was nothing they could do about it because the warranty was expired. something they knew from the first contact email. They offered to buy another one. I suggested what they can do with the broken one.
