advantages: very well built. Sturdy hardware, stitching and I think a nylon strap. Cons: The length is not right. I do not think so. My wrists are too thick, but the buckle ends at the outer bottom edge of my wrist. The back length needs to be at least an inch longer to be correct. The other end is too long. Even folded in half, it sticks out a good 1/2 inch from the second tab. Bottom line: if your wrists are the size of a gorilla, the overall length will do. If you have sensitive wrists, the length of the buckle will fit. Unless. you will not be happy.
