Review on RiteAV SVGA Monitor Cable - 35 Ft. | High-Quality and Long-Lasting VGA Connectivity Solution by David Stover

I wanted this cable to work as I have ordered RiteAV products in the past. While RiteAV products tend to be of cheap quality, they generally work. The product I received didn't have any connectors as in the picture above, instead the connectors were smaller, rounded connectors and the rubber on it wasn't even completely cut off (manufacturing residue is still present on the product). This cable also failed to properly transmit the video signal and/or monitor settings to the display device. I tested with multiple ports and devices. This cable is not of high quality, appears to be unshielded and cannot transmit TV/LCD/Projector resolution information to the transmitter. I tested by replacing this cable with another VGA cable and everything worked fine. This cable was clearly defective.
