I ordered this collapsible tool box to organize my yarn projects. I usually have at least 3 projects at the same time. My grocery bag method just wasn't working, so I figured this bag would be perfect. It didn't work very well for most of my projects. Either what I was working on was too big for the bag, or the project required a lot of "accessories". There is really no storage space for small items such as sewing needles, stitch markers and the like. However, all is not lost. I thought this bag was great for storing my extra balls of yarn. When I start a project, I take all the yarn I need from my big baskets and keep the yarn in my bag with the project. I really don't have room in my project bags so the yarn is rolling around the room. The bag will hold all that extra yarn and keep it handy! I can fit 5 to 10 balls of yarn (depending on size) on each side of the bag. I can also keep my circular needles in my bag. For me this bag is not very portable as it has rigid sides, but for the home it is ideal. Very high quality materials and the magnetic closure is great!
