I wasn't expecting much from the purchase but the first results are promising. The hair is already thinning. Easy to use and painless. It's about as long as using an epilator but a lot less painful and hopefully will be permanent or so soon. The only problem I had was with the management. I'm not sure what language it was originally written in, but the English translation is very poor and disrupts understanding, making it difficult to ensure I'm using the device correctly. I had to look for third party instructions to verify this. Upgrade after a few months for long-term results!
