I would rate it zero stars if possible

The charger didn't work when I plugged it in, the fan didn't turn on, none of the devices we had plugged into the unit worked, we got it in Tried both positions, just to make sure it wasn't just the wrong label and which part was on and which wasn't I was forced to return it and luckily Revane returned it without question. If you are looking for a multi USB charger I would suggest looking elsewhere.
