Review on Contour Products Pillow Standard Width by Erin Wright

It was the biggest waste of $39.99 I've ever thrown away. It came compressed and the instructions called for "20 minutes in a cold air dryer" to inflate. It has nothing to fill or fluff to match the ad and image. I've tried fluffing, folding, piercing, placing a small area at the bottom or a small area at the top. No change in getting a comfortable pillow or any type of support. Even folding the pillow in half doesn't make it useful. It's totally useless. It's not foam, so it doesn't stand up like the photo. It's an expensive piece of down that I can stuff into a small 8-10 inch pillow. I could buy more toppings for $1.99 from Joanne or Michael. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment and convinced me to buy from a regular store if I wanted something more satisfying. I would ask for a refund, but lately Amazon wants to give you a "promotional coupon" (i.e. Amazon credit that you have to "re-spend" on Amazon). I want my credit card refunded so I can buy better items elsewhere.
