I couldn't be more disappointed with this unit. The towels don't have enough moisture to remove anything and they aren't as warm as I am, although they would be. It's a shame because the towels are very thick and durable. After filming my video demo I tried the device 3 more times and the towels came out half wet and half dry/crispy each time. I've also been looking for compressed paper towel replacement parts, but Revain doesn't have them. It is only available at Walmart for $19.99 for 100 wipes which is not cost effective. You get unscented baby wipes in larger quantities at a lower price. I know this device is different and will impress everyone who sees it, but it's not worth it.
