Although it was listed at $299 for the initial price, it sold for $399 upon release. Quite expensive, but it works very well as a wireless camera, although $399 is way too high. The control app on the phone works very well and the picture quality is excellent unless you zoom 3x right to the edge of the picture. In my case, I see lens distortion on one side of the lens. My battery never runs out and I often leave it on for more than 3 hours. We use it for outdoor worship and stream audio straight into the camera from an outside mixer. We put the camera in NDI mode and uploaded it to OBS Studio on a computer in a building separate from the outdoor facility where we produce the program. Audio and video stay in sync and sound quality is good. The camera automatically adapts to the microphone or line input signal at the input jack. For use in NDI mode with OBS, you can install the free NDI toolkit available on the web or an OBS-only driver that can find NDI sources. The NDI toolkit has the side effect that you can make the NDI source appear as a webcam and use it with programs like Zoom. One thing I do NOT like is that you need a Vimeo Premium subscription to use the overlay title feature. which is very expensive if you don't want to use Vimeo. In a conversation with support, they acknowledged this but said it was part of the deal when Mevo parted ways with Vimeo. Instead, we use OBS for overlay titles. Too bad. You don't have to pay another $20/month for subtitles after paying $399 for a camera!
