I'm small (1.52m) and love long trips. I already use a memory foam pillow for more comfort. But since buying my new SUV, I've found that the upholstery isn't enough to get rid of the discomfort for long hours on the road. Especially back pain. I often find myself sitting further away from the backrest because my body knows best what position it should be comfortable in. The back of my seat does not have enough padding. This neck pillow and lumbar support is perfect. Together, in addition to my seat cushion, long car rides are pain free. My lower back is supported and so is my neck. The only thing I would change is some sort of strap because I have to move the lumbar support a bit to hit my lower back perfectly.
