I've tried so many things. Vent mount, cigarette lighter, glue etc but I just bought a new car and wanted something that looked professional. I knew I liked it as soon as I pulled it out of the box. It's not very big and looks very nice. It has a texture to match your dash. It feels very high quality and attaches well to your dashboard. You only need a little over 1 inch on the flat dashboard to attach this mount. The magnets are very strong. The other thing is that I love it. It has a regular metal plate to match your phone case. But it also has a textured panel that looks like leather. It's thin and attaches to the outside of the case. I'm very meticulous in my work, but this looks great. It adds to the body and makes it easier to hold. I think it's much better than normal metal plates. I've ordered a second one for my wife's car and may order a few more to give to friends as gifts. Definitely the best option I've found. I'm not getting paid to write this and I don't leave much feedback. This phone mount is amazing! You should try this.
