Can't remove the paint stain

So I bought this for my baby to eat solid food. Everything was fine until I started feeding her carrots. The color of the carrot leaves stains that you cannot wash off. Not sure why? Now there is always a yellow spot on the spoon. This makes me think about the material of the spoon.
