After a lot of research this chair sounded like the best value for money on paper. I placed an order and when it arrived there were 'some Assembly required". . For comfort I give 1 out of 10. For the lumbar support I give 1 out of 10. The mesh offers no protection when you slide the seat forward. This makes you sit on a metal bar. I have it Tested for two weeks because I really wanted this chair to work.I ended up having to sit on a cushion and couldn't sit for long without pain.I finally started using my old chair and returned the chair in perfect condition and was expecting a full refund as it was returned within 30 days. The chair arrived at the manufacturer a few days later. They then notified Revain and Revain notified me of my refund The ur The original purchase price I paid for the Revain was $749.68. The return was $657.21. The manufacturer quoted $92.47 for "shipping". I cannot in good conscience recommend this chair to anyone and warn you that the promise of a full refund is an advertisement. I chose a chair from another company and I really liked it. It's more adjustable, has great lumbar support, is extremely comfortable and comes fully assembled! The 10-year guarantee is also positive. I will not be returning my new chair that I bought to replace the Ergohuman. That's 5 weeks (or more) of my life that I can't get back. Learn from my experience, look elsewhere for a quality chair that you will enjoy and keep.
