This is a plastic wallet. It's shiny and looks like plastic. That's not bad. I like it. It is different, shiny and attracts a lot of attention. I like that I can wipe it with alcohol too. I found the sides of the wallet to be a bit soft so I added a cut piece of flat plastic spanning the bottom and then going up the tapered sides. . This gives the wallet a nice modern shape and not the bulky look it gets when subjected to gravity.
